All certifications are independently approved and verified by the Centre for Assessment (CfA), a United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) certification body, confirming compliance with the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO).

The Health & Safety People (THSP) 

Osprey Contracts have retained The Health & Safety People, as their competent and well experienced safety adviser service since 1999, in the interests of good health and safety practice and legal compliance, in accordance with Regulation 7 of the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999.  

THSP provide highly qualified staff for advice on health and safety, employment law and human resources. In addition, regular site and welfare inspections are carried out throughout our projects, from initial site setup and ongoing during the life of each project, including the compliance of our Construction Phase Health & Safety Plans and Fire Risk Assessments.  

SIG DATAC 

Osprey is an appointed Design and Technology Accredited Contractor (DATAC) with access to a specialist range of high-performance roofing products, professional quality systems and guarantees​ as DATAC members. 

Design & Technology Accredited Contractors (DATAC) is a prestigious UK organisation with an exclusive membership of expert contractors, who have a significant advantage when tendering for major projects. Membership is designed to provide specifiers and clients with local, quality installers. 

Membership of the scheme gives expert contractors the reassurance that they are installing the most technically advanced products, with compulsory DATAC training to ensure they apply current best practice this quality is reflected in the exclusive product guarantees which are the hallmark of a project completed by a DATAC member. 

Osprey can demonstrate a track record in roofing excellence across a range of products, offering complete peace of mind to those responsible for whole life costs on any new or refurbishment project. 

Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) 

Osprey Contracts’ Senior Quantity Surveyor, Keith Faulkner is a Chartered Member (MRICS), a practising RICS-qualified professional. 

RICS is a globally recognised leading professional body working in the public interest to advance knowledge, uphold standards, and inspire current and future professionals. Everything RICS do is designed to effect positive change in the built and natural environments. 

RICS promotes and enforces the highest professional qualifications and international standards in the development and management of land, real estate, construction and infrastructure. 

The regulatory functions of RICS relating to Standards and Professional Development are led and overseen by the Standards and Regulation Board (SRB). 

As a RICS member and Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Keith helps to create and protect built and natural environments that are sustainable, resilient and inclusive for all. 

Landsec Supplier  

As a registered Landsec Supplier, Osprey Contracts guarantee to deliver a high operating standard meeting sustainability, employment practices, health and safety, data protection, tech and cyber security commitments​.

As part of our collaboration, having signed up to the Landsec Supply Chain commitment, Osprey Contracts are dedicated to operate our business activities with respect to all commitments, complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including relevant industry requirements. 

ICO Registered 

Having completed our Data Protection Registration, Osprey Contracts is a registered business with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under the Data Protection Act 2018. 

The ICO is the UK's independent authority set up to uphold information rights in the public interest, promoting openness by public bodies and data privacy for individuals.
